2 About Company : BookZ Corner is a start-up firm currently trading in academic books from Kindergarten to Higher Education(For K.G. to P.G. students) . The firm directly connects the publisher and supplies to the consumers. This enables the consumer to get the books at competitive prices instead of purchasing through agents. As a result, BookZ Corner is able to get attractive commissions while making sure the consumer gets the books at prices lower than that offered by agents. With the help of its website, consumers (schools, colleges and students) have a convenient centralized source of purchasing books. Besides books, BookZ Corner also deals in stationery items. Books include second hand books as well. Besides executing the order for books, BookZ Corner has done marketing for publications of Boscoss publications in 410 schools in 18 districts in Karnataka. Currently the firm is marketing newly published books of two publishers. Thus we want to trade using E-commerce in best possible way to establish ourselves as a Brand.

We did excellent business in providing solar panels to such institutes and students. Extra curriculum: We also got know opportunities for event management for extracurricular activities organized by colleges such as gathering and Placement workshops. 11 Future Plans : The firm plans to expand such that it can have access to a large pool of competent and experienced labour force, current e- commerce intelligence, and sources of financial capital. The firm should ensure the best logistics when reaching existing and potential clientele, as well as strategic partners. A close proximity to outsourcing companies should be maintained. The office will initially host the entire executive team, sales force, and staff. As the company progresses, sales regions will be assigned for various parts of the India, either in-field sales representatives be placed or distributors assigned. Operations in which the company cannot develop core competencies will be outsourced. And also firm is doing the marketing of other products like solar companies, Network companies, Furniture companies and many more product companies which is related to be School and college sectors.
