14 Uses for server less architecture.
By enterprises and large ISVs as an integration and scripting tool for legacy applications By start-ups and small ISVs to build backend services By IoT users to process data ingested into Azure Accuweather routinely replicates and processes logs of API calls from customers, triggering actions based on the data analysis. Its original method used persistent VMs and storage with cron jobs scheduled to move and analyze the data. These have been replaced by Functions that only trigger when needed, saving significantly on infrastructure cost and administrative overhead. Plexure, a location-based CRM product, has replaced a fleet of VMs and containers with Functions that ingest and analyze IoT data and create custom notifications when customers are in proximity to an in-store display or device. 21 Challenge 1 – self-updating and Sensing
Neudesic – Innovation Challenge Using GitHub through Heroku to rapidly deploy an have Continuous Integration IoT solution for GDA. Using Azure Text to Speech and Speech recognition API and Azure Facial recognition to receive a command and search for a person recognizing that person and finishing out a command. Micro-Challenges Challenge 2 - intelligent Using Azure Bot Service we will make Cortana channel calls to write out commands to Azure SQL db. The Drone will then take the queued up commands and implement them per request. Training the drone to make intelligent decisions based of a knowledge base. 3 micro challenges or stages that are building blocks to formulate a viable IoT solution to help every day problems. Challenge 3 - assisting Intelligent actionable data then will be passed to the Drone to help assist in day to day operations as well as in emergency situations, finding someone and bringing them back to a certain location safe.

22 “Creativity is Intelligence having fun!”
Ford didn’t innovate in creating new technology, he innovated by using what was given to him, he didn’t create the assembly line, interchangeable parts, or the automobile. He took advantage of those and brought them together to form a work horse that produced a competitive product at a lower price than all the competitors. This is what we need to do to create and use Drone Self Autonomous flying machines. “Creativity is Intelligence having fun!” Albert Einstein

23 INtelligence Second Challenge – implement a solution that harnesses self resolving solutions and make the drone autonomous. Machine Learning Model Azure Bot Services Using Maps to search for people

24 Problems Drone Connectivity Works off of WIFI
Cyberdyne Drone Connectivity Works off of WIFI Create Access Point(Hacking not easy) Database to run commands from on desktop Stores commands to run on drone. Too much weight AR Drone 2.0 can’t support Raspberry PI 3 When mounted Drone flew 6 inches off of ground. Problems With every problem there lays a solution.

25 Solutions A-GSM Shield for Internet connectivity
Cyberdyne A-GSM Shield for Internet connectivity Connected to Raspberry PI 3 by GPIO pins. Resolves not having to use cell phone or connecting to wireless router. Parrot Bebop 2 The size and power holds the solution on its back. Allows for use of mapping and following features. Azure Bot Services – Cortana Channel Handles all voice communication to server less architecture. Solutions Sometimes Solutions are tough to implement.

26 Intelligence – decision making
Map A – safer route

27 Map B – faster route but more dangerous

28 Train to create an intelligent Bot and Drone!
