To facilitate and execute a variety of political simulations that help cultivate members understanding of contemporary and historic military operations and their planning.
To develop our understanding of the changing character of warfare, through constructive discussions, historic excursions and guest lectures.
To create a friendly environment Politics, Business and History students through meetings, academic events and social events.
Mission statement
The University of Hull War Studies Society seeks to increase understanding of all spheres of conflict, diplomacy and military history. Created and coordinated by students and supported by the Hull University School of Law and Politics, the society provides a friendly and professional environment for exploration of academic and career prospects.
