4 Task Groups Formed by the Subcommittees Ad Hoc Groups

6 Subcommittees Formed by the committees and with the approval of the BOD Report findings to the appropriate committee Must be a member to join Each member company gets one vote per subcommittee More Information -ALL voting members of the NFRC are automatically subcommittee members and allowed ONE VOTE per company at the subcommittee level. -Ballots are issued via the NFRC website ( ) and voted on prior to NFRC Membership meetings – subcommittee membership qualifies one to vote -Subcommittee meetings held at the NFRC Membership Meetings often hold final votes for balloted items. All voting members present are qualified to vote - Ballots are discussed and voted on at this level with the results forwarded to the governing committee.

Responsible for the establishment of NFRC procedures and programs. 9 Duties of a Chairperson
Communicate to membership why the group exists and what the goals are. Determine quorum for subcommittees & committees For each Task Group, determine a well represented group Review past minutes Distribute agenda prior to the meeting Make sure group stays on task during meetings Make sure all assenting & dissenting views are heard Keep discussions on topic

11 Board of Directors Must be a member in good standing
Nominations and Elections occur every year. Members vote for the BOD You can serve two three-year terms in a row 6 General Interest seats and 6 industry seats More Information
