7 Fundamentals of Human Relationship
The inability to get along with others is one of the primary reasons for frustration and unhappiness in life Social skills, not technical competence is the major factor for success in business, work place, life… Most of the joy in life comes from happy relationships (the reverse is also true!) Myers Briggs Personality Test/Workshop…

8 Myers Briggs Personality Types
The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment. Knowledge and understanding of personality types as assessed by the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator can be a tool for personal growth, achieving balance, understanding self, and creating possibilities.

This is called Sensing (S) or Intuition (N)

10 Four Unique Areas of Differences
Decisions:  When making decisions, do you prefer to first look at logic and consistency or first look at the people and special circumstances? This is called Thinking (T) or Feeling (F) Structure: In dealing with the outside world, do you prefer to get things decided or do you prefer to stay open to new information and options?
