It's very clean, and with a beautiful kitchen, so I think I can cook some delicious food in this basement, and this basement has separate heaters, so I can get warm whenever I want.
The space is too small, and there is no free internet

7. Option Two: Condo/Apartment
$1875 / 2br - 900ft2 - Coquitlam Grand central bed/2 bath/ HIGH floor/ GREAT views (Coquitlam Center)

This apartment is very clean, beautiful and with great city view. It including one year free internet, for me it's enough and the hot water, gas, parking and storage are included as well.
The rent is very high, and the space is not enough if I want to invite my friends to come my home.

The house is very big, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and pets are allowed. It has a great room style filled with brightness and gorgeous views of the golf course.
The rent is very high, and maybe I wouldn't need to live with four people.

13. Final Decision and Why
I will choose my third option, because the space is very big, and with private bathrooms for everyone, there is a big kitchen, a beautiful backyard. I can ask my friends if they want to live together to solve the spare rooms problem.
