I grew up in Victoria, TX which is about 167 miles from Montgomery. I lived there with my parents and two sisters until I went off to college. I still visit there frequently to visit my parents.

Going to Hawaii has been on my bucket list since I was younger.
I would love to see the scenery and visit the many beaches of the Hawaiian Islands.

I was a gymnast for ten years before beginning my track and field career.
I received an academic and athletic scholarship to run track at Stephen F. Austin State University.
I met my husband at SFA while we were both on the track team.
I have a collection of short stories that I have written that I hope will one day be published.
