Financial support of the project: The total grant of the project is the same as applied. It may be different how the NA-s in different countries transfer the money to the participants, in Hungary : 40% of the support granted arrived at the time of signing the contract (October 2015.) 40% arrived in April 2016. 20% after the final report is accepted (but should be pre-financed by the school’s maintainer) before the end of the project (31st August 2017). Partners?

Different in partner countries, each partner has to follow the procedure local authorities require. TPM, Bialystok Organising local project activities Hungary:’s practice
We formed an Erasmus team with a core of 20 students (most motivated, would like to improve their English and ICT competencies, would like to travel and host their peers), They worked in groups of 4 : five groups – 5 partner countries. They chose a name (a famous person from their partner country). The team met every Friday (from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.) with an English and sometimes an IT teacher. They worked out a schedule for each session: in the first few weeks until the first exchange of students they studied different sites supporting English language studies. E.g. youtube videos, google surveys, etc. The teachers took turns, recorded the topics and students who were absent. Experiences of partners?

TPM, Bialystok REPORTS At the end of the first project year there will be a shorter report (Progress Report). Last week we received a call to fill in Mobility tools + (just ready) about the mobilities which happened untill the end of April. Deadline: end of June 2016. The final report is to be written together at the final TPM (Rotterdam), but only the coordinator school has to hand it in. Partners?

We were informed about some parts of it - Mobility Tools+ The Hungarian NA is organising a meeting about its details next spring only. At present it’s an excel chart which is for collecting the information about all mobilities (participants and financial info) Each partner should fill it in with the information about its own mobilities and send it to the NA in the given country (sorry for asking info from you, I thought it should be filled in by the coordinator for all meetings – though the info is needed in the list of participants)

TPM, Bialystok Final Report (in 60 days after the end of the project):
+ VALOR (Dissemination Platform for project results) As a part of the final report we’ll have upload the summary of the project and the products of the project (common or special) – partners will get an how to reach it. It’s important to have some common products at each meeting or each partner should produce some special products in which they use the improvements of the meetings. e.g. In Rotterdam the students learnt how to edit e-magazines (madmagz) and prepared a common product (Poland uploaded it). After returning home our students disseminated their new skills among their peers and published a new e-magazine about our school. In Viterbo they produced 4 e-magazines about the sights of the town and prepared some flyers as well (thanks to Mario for uploading them). In the next meetings we should also teach them some new applications and upload the product of the workshops.

Besides the project products there will be a report to be written about the implementation of the project. The evaluation of the project report by experts is important: Maximum points: 100 Weak results: points (-25% of the funding) 25-40 points (-50% of the funding) under 25 points (-75% of the funding)

TPM, Bialystok Monitoring and evaluation of the project:
Way of communication: Weebly website doesn’t really work (some tutoring should have been given) Facebook groups for teachers /for students We have our extra Facebook group for students and teachers in Hungary EVERY PARTNER SHOULD FOLLOW REQUESTS, SURVEYS, EVALUATIONS, ESPECIALLY BEFORE MEETINGS! Evaluation: each partner should take it seriously, it can be the reason of rejecting the final report. Important: giving a DEADLINE for evaluation. It’s the responsibility of the organiser. We evaluated the training in Hungary: I could use its basic version only : the results can’t be saved or printed (I could use the print screen function only). It’s good for trainings but too complicated and unnecessary for students’ exchange.

TPM, Bialystok Evaluation: Students’ Exchange:
In Rotterdam - Nick’s Survey Monkey for students and teachers was correct, not too complicated and informative. To be able to make a comparison we should use more or less the same way of evalutaion. We could also study the results. The organiser of the next meeting should use the experiences. In Viterbo – Chiara and her team also uploaded a similar survey, sorry for the delay to fill it in. There remained some participants who haven’t done it or did it vice versa. We should start spreading the evaluation tools about one week after the meeting and give about 10 days (the maximum) to fill it in. Towards the end of the project we should also make an evaluation sheet for PARENTS. Any other suggestions?

On teachers in Hungary Events: Staff training Smartboard Training in the language lab Weekly classroom practice with students involved in Erasmus+ Monitoring? The impact on students: The students who take part directly in the project (20 students) + volunteers have a weekly ICT involved language practice, they can show their peers what they have studied . They write a PORTFOLIO of their studies in 3 categories. They send it in a Google survey form every 3 months. The 3 categories (which we agreed on in Viterbo) are: Language skills ICT skills Intercultural studies

Number of participants: 4 students + 2 teachers Agreed and granted numbers (?) Hosts’ responsibility Logistics (recommendations on the journey – flights and local transport) and preparing the schedule + agenda and sending it to the partners 2 weeks before the meeting . It’s important also because of the parents . The expenses of trips should be paid by the guests. The plan of costs also important (especially if it is not in Euro). Expenses: the hosts organise the meetings, families host (accommodation, food) students, teachers pay their own expenses, guests pay for trips, cultural programs. Discussion: we informed the parents that they should provide food for their guests (in the morning and evening at home, during the day sometimes packed lunch, sometimes at the school canteen depending on the program) Activities at school: a name card is great help

Length: 7 days (travelling included – Hungarian NA) 5 days at school is the minimum length Morning activities: we should teach students something new which they can utilize in their future studies also in their language learning activities. We have to produce some products (VALOR) as a result of these activities. The Netherlands: madmagz, powtoon. We have the e-magazine the Polish team has finished and uploaded on Facebook. Powtoon? Coming home they taught their peers how to use them and produced further documents (an e-magazine about our school and Powtoon documents as well). Bródy News Italy: they went on with madmagz and produced 4 e-magazines uploaded. They also made some flyers, prezi, Mario uploaded it. HOSTS SHOULD UPLOAD THE PRODUCTS TO HAVE IT ON FACEBOOK
