Each clerkship director recorded information about the opportunities at each of their sites.
Students should watch the recordings to have a good idea about the strengths of each site to make an informed decision.

10. The First Year
Eleven students rotated at Kaiser last year: 6 for one year and 5 for six months for our most innovative, quality focused clinical collaboration.
The student evaluations overwhelming rated the experience as very good to excellent
The students highlighted the access to faculty, clinical volume, and support of the program and its leadership
The students enjoyed the experience so much that they advocated for the development of Kaiser fourth year electives, and are mentoring the current third year students
The fourth year students are participating in interviews for residencies with great success!

11. Year Two
Students are participating in year long, six month, and clerkship long rotations
The monthly Quality Improvement Program continues and is being integrated into the four year medical school longitudinal QI programming
Students are enthusiastic and we have captured this spirit in our featured videos
Students recently had a careers in medicine seminar in California and are considering specialties and requesting letters of recommendation from faculty at Kaiser!
