My Opinions My opinion of Maya Angelou is that she was a very remarkable woman, what she did when she was alive still affects those alive today. She was very involved with civil rights movements and looked up to Martin Luther King Jr. He influenced her to stand strong in what she had believed in. Maya was a teen mother and still got to where she wanted to go, she was a dancer, an actress and an Award-Winning Poet.
