ONLINE APPLICATION Candidates apply online via complete a short online application form and upload their CVs 1. ONLINE TEST Within 24hrs a link to an on-line test is ed to complete within 5 days. This assesses working style preferences, verbal and numerical skills 2. PHONE INTERVIEW If successful, we then conduct a telephone interview, so you’ve got the opportunity to discuss situations in which you’ve excelled (or not, and have learnt from) and tell us why you’re keen to join us at Santander and become a Digital Apprentice 3. ASSESSMENT CENTRE We then invite highest performing candidates to an assessment centre. Feedback is provided to ensure that whether or not you receive an offer, you walk away with a great experience and support for future applications We keep in touch with candidates as much as possible throughout the process, and have a candidate hotline and inbox which we have a dedicated response team monitoring, and we’re really enjoy answering candidate’s queries, so please do get in touch.
