Phase 1 – Electronic starter replacement
82 electronic starters remain in TDC2 to be replaced with non-electronic versions
Replacement time approx 30s per starter
1 hour intervention, 2 operatives (+2 ladders)
Throughout TDC2 zone.
Phase 2 – Electronic Ballast replacement
32 electronic ballasts to be replaced with transformer/diode DC converters
Work estimated to take 1-2 person days, located on TDC2 Mezzanine
64 electrical connections to be modified (2 per ballast).
1 day intervention, 2 operatives.
Phase 3 – BA80 surface cabling
Modification of interlock cable to access control rack behind BA80 turnstyle (EMTE)
Correction of control cabling to EBD270/A80 (EL/OP) in PA801
UPS Supervision cabling.
No access to TDC2/TCC2 required.
