8 Printing of Reports Printing of reports should not take place until all data is in the system for state, district and school WVDE will release the date when printing may commence in late June. Once WVDE verifies all data is in ORS

9 Grade 12 CCRA Reports Grade 12 CCRA student results are appearing in ORS. There is not an embargo on printing these reports.

13 Returning Materials Return the materials
Collect all regular test books, braille and Large Print test books. Return with non-scorable materials INCLUDING SCRIPTS Schools should return all materials as soon as possible after students have completed testing. June scheduling – shipping, reports; expedited shipping

Pack all test books and scripts in boxes Affix a red label to the top of all boxes containing secure materials Number each box sequentially June scheduling – shipping, reports; expedited shipping

Do not return to Measurement Incorporated Shred Unused print-on-demand pre-ID and return shipping box labels Discard Printed test administration manuals, coordinator manuals  June scheduling – shipping, reports; expedited shipping

18 Returning Materials Instructions for Returning Materials
Remove or black out any old shipping labels Affix the FEDEX ground Package Return label (from return kit) directly on top of the original address label If additional labels are needed contact the AIR Help Desk. Retain the receipt tab, from the FEDEX ground Package Return label Contact FEDEX to arrange a pickup of your materials Have your receipt tab(s) handy when you make your request  Call UPS Customer Service: ; provide the quantity of boxes to be picked up OR Provide materials to your regular FEDEX driver if you have regularly scheduled FEDEX service Materials must be returned no later than one week after testing is complete. 22 Summative – Interim Question Do we want to offer interims during a school’s summative testing window? Interim = ICA, IAB and Diagnostic June scheduling – shipping, reports; expedited shipping

23 Summative – Interim Numerous instances of administering summative assessments instead of interim assessments, and vice versa. Taken numerous steps to correct Color code the assessments Train school coordinators and examiners in selecting the correct tests during administration. 24 Summative – Interim Couple of items to consider
Devices availability during the testing window Do schools administer interims during the summative window? Can be shut down at the school level when testing for summative opens.
