6 Priority Projects secured financing for infrastructure works; 11 Priority Projects secured financing for preparation of project documentation; 7 additional projects on the Comprehensive and Core Networks secured financing - 2 for infrastructure works and 5 for project documentation. This significant progress can be attributed to increased focus of national authorities on transport, achieved through the Connectivity Agenda and the Western Balkan 6 process.

Vienna Summit, August 2015, introduced list of soft measures with short term and medium term goals (2016 goals and 2020 goals) The list of soft measures has a regional and a national dimension List of pre-identified project, 1 billon EUR available for connectivity investments Paris Summit, July 2016, an important milestone in developing further the connectivity reform measures as a pre-condition for infrastructure investment
