According to the current Hungarian Employment & Labour Code (Act I of 2012) employment relationship can be established with a student who..
is at least 16 years of age or above (or at least 15 yrs old with parental consent!)
is a full-time student
Young workers’ rights:
Young workers cannot be engaged in tasks that may cause adverse consequences and compromise their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
Young workers can only work a maximum of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week; and if they work more than 4½ hours a day, they are entitled to have a 30-minute rest & meal break
Young workers must receive at least 12 hours free from work between shifts; and 2 days off per week (one of them must be on Sunday!)

Young workers cannot be scheduled to work night shifts, on-call-shifts and overtime
Young workers’ base salary must be at least as much as the all-time minimum wage (current gross minimum wages in 2016: 111,000 HUF/month, 639 HUF/hour=15 RMB; net 73,815 HUF/month)
Young workers can work only via recruitment agencies specialized for the employmet of students (~outsourcing, fixed-term employment contracts, employer related tax relief/no contributions after student workers, employee related taxes are fix: 16%-the lowest rate in hungary; etc.)

other unskilled/semi-skilled/trained jobs such as leaflet/flyer distribution, product labeling, etc.

In a beautiful, historical city like Budapest tourist agencies are all over the place and constantly looking for people.
Call Center Agent at a large multinational company such as Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, Sykes or Emirates Airlines, etc.

“Labor Code” (American English) and “Labour Code” are both correct
“a worker’s rights” (singular-) but “workers’ rights” (plural possessive)
“a break of 30 minutes” but “a 30-minute{Ø} break” (NOT “a 30-minutes break”!!!)
