Two mindsets: technician or time burden Historical model has been heavily observational Practical application: where learning happens “strategically engaging the student and allowing them to apply what they know is the model that we as an organization and myself personally have had great success with. Of course this is something that needs to be built up to, which I will discuss through out this presentation”
