Provide additional East-West route to help handle future traffic. (12th Street and 1800 North) Pioneer Road – Major Arterial (80’ ROW) Re-align existing Pioneer Road to eliminate dangerous S-curves and improve safety. Re-design existing alignment to comply with American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) design standards.
