Flowserve is excited to announce the release of our new Channel Partner portal & Ecommerce webstore. The ecommerce portal was built to provide an enhanced customer experience, enabling self-service access to information, pricing, purchasing, order status, and product resources. The platform’s intuitive interface and streamlined processes will improve the ease of doing business across Flowserve’s products, platforms, and regions. We feel the new platform will enable increased sales and revenue opportunities as well as increase our sales channel productivity. The Distributor Ecommerce portal is a single front end delivering a seamless, integrated customer experience for buying Pump, Valves and Seal products. It is a critical element of the global distribution growth

Phase 2 & 3 (April 2017) Phase 4 and 5 plans are to complete all major BU & ERP integrations, additional enhancements to support Fastraq & Cobra migration and well as more user functionality and the Customer Support Center Phase 2 will be the groundwork for a global ecommerce system. We will integrate with PRMS and Oracle and the functionality will cover aftermarket parts and standard products. Phase 3 will include integration to Oracle CPQ (Configure Price Quote). Request for quote functionality and purchasing of configured products through ecommerce will be implemented in this phase Phase 1 (Aug 2016) Phase 1 – Build ATG Framework. Scope is to replace the existing istore application with the new ecommerce system. The overall look and feel will align with the new flowserve.com and the application will be better supported and maintained in the new application. Phase Phase Primary Goals Setup work for adding more sites and locations outside of the US to ecommerce. Configured products can be ordered out of ecommerce. Expand Resource Centers Enhanced Customer Support Functionality Phase Primary Goals 01 A universal website to order valves, pumps, seals and training. BOM, Serial, & Order Status lookup List Price functionality that will work across the businesses globally. US based sites will be included First. Creation of Partner Portal Expandable more ERPs. Integrate Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote.) into ecommerce. Request for quotes will come directly from ecommerce. Primary Goals POC for ATG Implementation Reduce administrative work on the backend of the order process and automate s. Make the currencies and sites expandable beyond the current US and EMA sites.
