The concept of resource efficiency means - ability to achieve the best results with minimum of efforts to save opportunities and resources(material, financial, time resources, strength, health and so on)

People, electricity, equipment, biological resources (for example land, water), money and much more. – that is all of resources that the company uses in its activities. Each of these resources has its own specific characteristics which determine conditions for its use, boundedness or inaccessibility. In this case, there is necessary to develop a resource efficiency program.

"Human resources" - is an expression of the concept of "workforce.“ Manpower of company - numerical professionally qualified composition of employed workers (staff).

Human resource management in conditions of organization represents a complex system that includes interrelated and interdependent subsystems of creation, using and development of human resources.

In the enterprise staff serves as economic resources and main factors of production simultaneously. Without interaction of workers there are nor production, nor consumption and market.

Resource efficiency program of possible activities of labor organization staff
1. conclusion from economic circulation of inefficient workplaces, the possibility of combining some professions

2. conduction of the evaluation and certification of personnel; the transition to a comprehensive workplace certification involves improvements in working conditions and reduction of absenteeism

3. implementation of measures for the retraining and advanced training of various categories of personnel, increase employment

4. Increasing of requirements for the competence of workers in the conditions of innovative development

5. preparation of new professional standards

6. introduction of new methods of distance learning, which allow to increase the professional level of personnel, reduce errors

7. improving the system of bonuses for quality products, which is aimed at creating interest in qualitative work and reducing defective products

11. Concluded agreements to labor contracts on the terms of mutual obligations between the employer, who assumed the obligation to pay for the training of employees, and the employee who agrees to work at the plant certain number of years upon completion training.
