2. Why dotting?
“Niqqud”(Dotting) is the cornerstone of learning Hebrew. Without it, we will never be able to distinguish one word from another similar word
Or even determine the role of a given word which uses the same root letters.
Example:
מָחשב - a computer
מֵחשב – He calculates
These look exactly the same in Hebrew, but let’s take a closer look:
