2. Luggage service overview.
The luggage service range comprises two main products:
Luggage: Luggage transport for a train journey in Switzerland or to a nearby country. It costs CHF 12 to transport each item of luggage.
Flight luggage: Luggage transport to/from Zurich and Geneva airports with or without check-in. It costs CHF 22 to transport each item of luggage.
The luggage and flight luggage services are always available from the station, or door to door for a supplement of CHF 40 per delivery.
A flat rate for shipping can also be added to each service:
Express: The items can also be sent on the same day with the “express” option (+ CHF 30 per delivery) from selected stations/regions.
International: Luggage shipping to a nearby country, currently only Germany (+ CHF 40 per delivery)

4. Luggage service description.
Luggage for train journeys in Switzerland or to a nearby country.
Luggage: Shipping between all stations with luggage shipping facilities in Switzerland with the following timings: “register today by 7 p.m. – pick up the day after tomorrow from 9 a.m.”.
Express luggage: The speedy service for tourists between 32 “express luggage” stations with the following timings: “register in the morning by 9 a.m. – pick up in the evening from 6 p.m.” (may vary in some cases).
International luggage: Shipping from/to all stations with luggage shipping facilities to and from Germany with a transport time of registration day + four working days.
Door-to-door luggage: Luggage transport between all accessible postal addresses in Switzerland (including car-free locations). A time window (7 a.m.–12 p.m., 12 p.m.–6 p.m., 6 p.m.–11 p.m.) can be chosen for both collection and delivery. The transport time is day A–day B.
Express door-to-door luggage: The speedy shipping service is available from/to all accessible postal addresses in 30 selected tourist locations with an “express luggage” station (excluding car- free places). Luggage is collected in the morning between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and delivered in the evening between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m.
International door-to-door luggage: Shipping to and from Germany from/to all accessible postal addresses in Switzerland with a transport time of registration day + four working days.
The “Flat luggage rate for schools/Youth+Sport” and “Group luggage ‘à la carte’” offers will continue to be available in addition to the other services with the same conditions.

5. Flight luggage service description.
Flight luggage for journeys combined with a flight from/to Zurich Airport or Geneva Airport.
Flight luggage: Luggage can be registered at 35 selected “flight luggage” stations until 7 p.m. on the evening before your flight. Shipping from Switzerland to the airport in another country is available with check-in (Swiss and Edelweiss airlines) or to the SBB airport counter without check-in. Your luggage can also be shipped back to Switzerland from another country for all flights on a given day and delivered to “flight luggage” stations by 6 p.m. on the next day or to another station by 9 a.m. two days later.
Express flight luggage: Flight luggage can be registered at 35 selected “flight luggage” stations in the morning on the day of travel (deadlines vary depending on the station) for all flights leaving after 4 p.m. Shipping from Switzerland to the airport in another country is available with check-in (Swiss and Edelweiss airlines) or to the SBB airport counter without check-in. The shipping service from the airport in another country to Switzerland with delivery by 6 p.m. is available for all flights landing by a.m. on the same day.

Express door-to-door flight luggage: Flight luggage can be collected from destinations with a “flight luggage” station (excluding car-free locations) in the morning on the day of travel (time window 6 a.m.–9 a.m.) for all flights leaving after 4 p.m. Shipping from Switzerland to the airport in another country is available with check-in (Swiss, Edelweiss and Air Berlin airlines) or to the SBB airport counter without check-in. The shipping service from the airport in another country to Switzerland with delivery between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. is available for all flights landing by a.m. on the same day.
