Develop financial components of a funding application: development budget sources and uses operating budget cash flow projections Demonstrate market feasibility of rental housing, e.g., evaluate comparable rents and market options Document needs using online database systems and GIS Use of mapping methodologies for site selection

Conduct needs assessments, e.g., surveys, analysis of existing housing/employment data, online data resources, and data-mapping of community assets and deficits Conduct community planning meetings and charrettes to secure input from community members Develop and use presentation materials, e.g., data maps, to educate city councils, advisory bodies, and general public on needs and solutions
