B. Enrollment
1) Hospitalization for ten or more days in Tokushima University Hospital
2) Eating more than 90% of served hospital foods
3) No significant infection, organ failure, gastrointestinal bleeding or malignancy

Chronic kidney disease group
1) All of the blood examination of serum
albumin and hemoglobin
concentration at A, B, C, and D were performed.
2) Proteinuria was less than 30 mg/dl
by dipstick urine test.
3) Estimated glomerular filtration rate was
over 45 ml/min/1.73m2.
All of the blood and urine examination of
