Q :KLB commercial launch VTM service Q :LanZhou & Hankou Bank commercial launch VTM service Q : ICBC, ABC, CBC are commercial trial Apr. 2013: ChanJiangBank, sign contract and Commercial using Aug. 2013:CS Bank in Euro sign contract . Sept. 2013:uBank in South Africa sign contract ,develop APP Up to now, our solution has many customers not only in china, but also in Czech, South Africa. Our first customer is bank of china, it is one of the five biggest banks in china which belongs to the government, and the other biggest banks for example ,the Agricultural Bank of China, Construction Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China are commercial trial now.

There are the scales of our case now. As we see, the bank of china is the biggest case now, as far as I know, bank of china had deploy 60 VTMs now, and they plan deploy more than 200 VTMs end of Q1 next year. the customers of bank of china gave good feedback for the VTM, so there boss want to deploy on a big scale. Now, more than 60 banks are interested in VTM solution, for example the middle east, Thailand, Italy, Malaysia and so on

4 Huawei VTM in BOC Requirement Solution Benefit for Customer
Too crowd in branch, it should distribute counter service. Existing self-service is for consulting and query, it should innovate to improve real-time transaction and service experience. Solution Phase 1: 60 sets VTM; phase 2: 200 sets VTM in 2014. VTA environment: 20 VTA 5 application: SMS service applying , Business consultation , Phone bank application , Card activation , Card issuing Benefit for Customer Improve e-channel capability, decrease cost New Channel instead of counter service, improve customer satisfaction Provide card issue application to increase new customer. As we introduced before, the BOC have 60 VTMs now ,and only 20 counters service 60 VTMs, so one counter can service many VTMs, the BOC reduce the human resource through this way. The VTM can do five transactions in The bank of china, SMS service applying , Business consultation , Phone bank application , Card activation , Card issuing

Kunlun bank belongs to CNPC which is China's largest oil and gas producer and supplier, The special of this bank is that the VTM can do the corporate transaction, for example, the corporate payment.

May 2013, start POC; August 1, 2013, VTM DEMO test in CS Bank Branch; VTM to provide with 6 business services: short-term credit card applications, bill business, account transfers, travel insurance purchase, balance inquiries, video teller consultation; Hire a professional market research consultant for trial customers to collect customer data model, summarize the market reaction and experience; 1 Month trial period, to conduct research on the 400 clients, 80% Customer Satisfaction. In August, we had deployed one VTM in CS bank branch, and the bank research 400 customers, 80% of customers are satisfied

For the VIP customers with consulting, investment and other financial services This is VIP room, as we know, the professional teller for investment and other financial products is very limited, like our TP meeting today, our local sales know huawei all products, but they can’t tell you the very technical information for all of the products, so we can use the TP meeting with HQ experts.
