#1 starts TS -> pulls down WinPE again (to serve others) ~ 5 mins
#1 starts on install.wim
#2-5 starts after 10 minutes at the same time
#6-25 starts after 15 minutes
# starts after 20 minutes
All complete caching 60mins into session
