2 Reserving & Scheduling a Conference
To schedule a web conference or training, your information to 2. Please keep in mind that the number of conference logins can not exceed 105. This number includes the presenter, the participant(s), and facilitators who are accessing and logging into the conference.

3 Reserving & Scheduling a Conference

4 Creating A Meeting Go to SMART Bridgit Conferencing Software by selecting the following link: Select “Click here then Select Run” link.

5 Creating A Meeting Select the “Create a New Meeting” tab.
Enter the presenter’s name in the field “Your name”. Type in your Meeting Name. To secure the entry to your meeting, place a “password” of your choosing in this space. You will need to provide this password to the participants. Select “Create New Meeting”.

6. Once you have entered in your information and selected the “Create a New Meeting” tab you will be prompted to a new window named “Password Required” This is where you enter the password you created. 7. The “Creation Password” is located in the confirmation sent to you when you scheduled the web conference from the following address:

7 Creating A Meeting 8. After entering the Creation Password you will see this screen Do NOT select this option!!

8 Audio Wizard Setup You will notice at the top of the page an icon for both audio (headphones) and the microphone (voice output). This is the area where you setup your microphone and speakers.

9 Audio Setup Wizard 3. “Audio Wizard helps to verify that your microphone and speakers are working properly. 4. To set up the audio for the headphones, select the pull down menu from the audio icon. 5. Select “Audio Setup Wizard” from the drop down menu.

10 Audio Setup Wizard 6. You will then be prompted to complete the Audio Setup Wizard for the speakers. Select Next.

11 Audio Setup Wizard 7. Choose the microphone that you want to use.
8. Then read the following sentence into your microphone: “If the indicator goes into the yellow area as I speak, I know the microphone is adjusted properly. If not, I need to adjust the volume or move the microphone closer.” 9. Select next.

12 Audio Setup Wizard 10. You have successfully completed the Audio Setup Wizard. 11. Select Finish.

13 – Participants Joining the Meeting
The organizer of the training is waiting for the participants to join the meeting.

14 – Setting It Up When it’s time for the meeting to begin, you will see the list of participants who have joined the meeting.

15 - -- Begin the Meeting To begin the meeting, select the “Share My Desktop” icon so the participants can view the information being presented for the meeting. 2. Begin the meeting.

16 –Exiting A Meeting Once the meeting conference has ended, you may exit by clicking the icon.

17 –Exiting A Meeting A “leave conference” message will appear. Select your choice to exit the conference meeting.

18 Quick-Tips To avoid cross talking and static:
Make sure the participants “microphone” feature is closed or muted (turned off). Instead, select the “participant’s list” icon to type in your comments or questions, however if you wish to use the microphone feature, select the microphone icon to open to speak. The owner should turn off their microphone while the participant is speaking. Once finished, make sure you close the microphone.
