The outline below may be useful in developing a Member Showcase presentation for use during a chapter meeting.   Introduce yourself Provide an Overview of Company Primary business activity Industry Locations # of Employees Revenue size (if appropriate) Introduce others from your company in attendance, and including yourself, review Job roles How long with company How long using Dynamics Other interesting items Discuss how your company is using Dynamics How many users How long What version(s) What segments and for what purposes ISV products used/customizations Share a “case study” from your experience regarding your company’s use of Dynamics Pick a project/initiative. It could be your Dynamics implementation overall or perhaps a specific solution within or around Dynamics that Dynamics helped solve. What is the problem your organization was trying to solve? When do you plan to upgrade and what are you looking to gain from the new version? Will your current hardware support the new equipment requirements? Are you skipping versions and if so are there tools to help you migrate your data? What systems have you integrated and are they compatible with the upgrade version, what will you need to rework? What customizations have you made that need to be tested? Do you have documentation on your current system (design docs, test scripts)? Are you planning to use only in-house resources, only partner resources or a combination of both? Use these roundtable questions to get your members talking about upgrades.
