When do you plan to upgrade and what are you looking to gain from the new version?
Will your current hardware support the new equipment requirements?
Are you skipping versions and if so are there tools to help you migrate your data?
What systems have you integrated and are they compatible with the upgrade version, what will you need to rework?
What customizations have you made that need to be tested?
