Bao Nguyen is founder of Awareness id Bao leads strategic communications at Awareness id. He has 19 years in PR (strategic PR and Media communications ) and is the founder of Awareness id. Bao specialty includes strategic communication and crisis/issue management . He currently counsel for Mead Johnson, Kimberly Clark, GSK, Vinamilk, An Sinh Hospital, GroupM’s PR campaign, Pfizer, Merap Group, Sanofi Aventis, Bayer Healthcare, SPM, Boehringer Ingelheim,, Castrol BP, etc.. Khanh Tran is responsible for Government Relations at Awareness id. Before taking full role at Awareness, Khanh was Chief Investment Officer at Prudential Vietnam after Investment Director of Prudential Fund Management Company where he managed US$1.4bn FUM in Vietnam including bond/ stock/ property portfolios. Khanh earned his reputation in Finance & Investment industry in his last Investment Manager of HCMC Investment Fund for Urban Development (HIFU)- fund size of US$100m. Khanh was co founder and co owner of Viet Mai company who are now leading in Government Relations agency. Khanh was also in charge of North office of Dat Viet advertising, a leading Advertising Corporate in Vietnam. Khanh holds CFA Charter and has condensed experience on deal structuring including financial/ legal and investment structures for private equity transaction. He is a celebrity to government sector and has strong relationship with the local business communities at high levels.

Case Studies- Panadol Background: Awareness id was appointed by the Panadol brand team to develop an effective PR strategy to achieve the brand marketing objective. The PR strategy should not only fitting with local situation but also making big impact on media, healthcare professional, local authorities and general public. Audience: Consumers, Government, Media, general publics. Objectives: Build up a profile for the “Panadol Take the pain away”; Successfully delivering of the brand message as trusted pain reliever that has been endorsed by HCP; Project GSK corporate image as responsible company that commits into local community health.; Outcome: During 7 months, the campaign has generated a total of 101 media coverage; 28,400 exposures on the program (Google search with term “Panadol Take the pain away”), 10 TV reports on national and provincial channels and 3 radio programs. More coverage are still published until now. Through nationwide events, there have been 14,000 people were committed to be treated through the initiative (the events still run til end of this year, 2012)
