17. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
Early Bird Offer is valid till Monday, 24th October 2016
Only if 100% payment is made by Monday, 24th October 2016
If any member is unable to avail the Early Bird Discount, then the full payment has to be made by Thursday, 27th October 2016
Early Bird is not applicable in any kind of sponsorships

21. AFFORDABLE HOUSING SECTION
1. Panel Rate – Rs. 40,000/- per panel
2. Size of the panel – 6ft X 3ft
3. Criteria for Participating:
Participants of RE 2016 can only participate in Affordable Housing Section
Participants to showcase projects worth Rs. 40 lacs or below
Early Bird is not applicable

22. AFFORDABLE HOUSING SECTION
Only one project could be displayed in per panel / per brand
The panel should be project specific (projects should be sanctioned)
An undertaking to be given by the participant regarding the sanctioned plan along with the supporting documents for the approval from Exhibition Committee

23. AFFORDABLE HOUSING SECTION
The design / creative of the panel to be submitted to CREDAI Bengal secretariat for prior approval
The printed flex to be handed over to the event managers by Wednesday, 2nd November 2016

24. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS

Participants have to give discount minimum 02% on all the properties which would be showcased at the exhibition
Gold Coins would be given by CREDAI Bengal to all the spot booking of property buyers, on approval / NOC from the participants
Principal Sponsor Lottery – If there are more than one request for the sponsorship, there would lottery for the same. Date for the lottery would be Friday, 21st October 2016
Associate Sponsors Lottery – There would lottery for stall allocation. Date for the lottery would be Friday, 21st October 2016

26. TERMS & CONDITIONS
If a visitor registers online for Realty Expo 2016, through any of the participants website, they would be reimbursed for their cab fare to and fro (OLA / UBER only) by that particular participant from their stall on submission of the receipts. Developers will have to continue giving discount for three months for registered customers
Participants are requested to submit the Exhibition Contract, Undertakings alongwith Full Payment of the stalls by Thursday, 27th October 2016
All the artworks of the stalls should be submitted to Freedom4ever by Wednesday 02nd November 2016

27. TERMS & CONDITIONS
There would be separate lottery for Hall No 1, 2 & 3
There would be no merging of stalls at Hall No 1 except for Sponsors
All taxes are as applicable
Principal Sponsor – 100% of the amount has to be paid before the day of the lottery
Associate Sponsorship - 100% of the amount has to be paid before the day of the lottery

28. TERMS & CONDITIONS Security Deposit of 1 Lac is mandatory
Payment may be made either through RTGS/NIFT  directly to our SB A/c no at ICICI Bank Ltd. Bhowanipore Branch (MICR code no & IFSC code ICIC ) or  by account payee Cheque issued in favor of CREDAI BENGAL 
For any other additional services, payments must be made in advance  

29. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clearance   of payments on the stipulated date is a pre-requisite for the exhibitors’ participation
After the lottery if any exhibitor withdraws participation, the entire amount will be fortified
The exhibitor shall not be entitled to any form of compensation, whatsoever, for the loss on profits or otherwise
