the “Selection of mode” form
The frequency compensation process starts, which is the calibration needed for the compensation the environmental electromagnetics . After the frequency compensation has been completed, the “Selection of mode” form will be displayed. Click the button of the needed diagnostic method in the “Selection of mode” display form. Start the “ROFES examination (corporeal)” patient diagnostics . Other methods of diagnostic (“Su Jok examination”, “Verte examination”, “Express examination”) are performed similarly, but the Points Of Diagnostics will vary.
7
Diagnostic of a patient
Press the button of the “ЭХП-ECS” sensor or the “Examination” button on the display and follow the displayed instructions.
8
Calibration The setup procedure is shown in the video “Preparation of the sensor for work” on the flash-card or the installation disc. or 1. The edges of a cotton pad may be somewhat extended (1-2 mm), the cotton pad should be profusely wetted with 1% saline solution in a container (glass or cup), to enable the short circuit calibration. 2. Cut a gauze into several pieces or take ready cotton pads (half of a cotton pad) hereinafter cotton pad. Fold cotton pad so that it has 4 layers, wet it with the saline solution, squeeze it a bit so that the solution is not dripping;
9
Calibration or 3. Put the wetted cotton pad on the muscle of the left hand thumb or on the wrist and press it with a passive electrode (“a clamp”). The cotton pad should be in contact with the metal plate inside the passive electrode and 0,5 inch ( 1 cm) of its edges should be seen (see the photo). It can be placed on the forearm (for example for children and women with thin forearms) but not closer than 4 inches (10 cm) to the wrist joint. 4. Wet the ECS sensor head profusely and connect it through the large hole (where a piece of cotton ball is inserted) to the wetted cotton pad, pressed with the clamp on the left wrist. Press the sensor button and release. Wait until the calibration process is completed.

the “Selection of mode” form
After the diagnostic process has been completed, go to the “Selection of mode” form For COMPLETE DIAGNOSTICS you can start other methods of diagnostics: “Verte examination”, “Express examination” ( Diagnostics by the point of “correspondence” to pain syndrome). OR For further analysis of the results of the diagnostics, correction of the patient condition, selection and testing of medical drugs, identification of parasites, color therapy etc., press button “Analysis of examination” “Su Jouk examination” and “Chakra examination” is Additional methods of diagnostics
11
An electronic Patient Health Record opens up
The electronic Patient Health Record of the patient includes the display windows of all diagnostics and treatments, and provides for monitoring all data. Press the “Analysis” button of the testing method, which was used for the diagnostic (in our case it is a corporeal method – “ROFES examination”).
12
Results Analysis This mode is designed to enter a new patient into the framework of the “ROFES-diagnostics” method. It is launched by pressing the “Harmonious state” key in the “Measurement Interpretation” form view
13
Results Analysis Two charts will be displayed on the screen: A referenced harmonious (well-balanced) chart accounting for sex, age and answers to the questions (the left chart); A patient’s chart according to the results of diagnostics (the right chart); ROFES Expert shows the patient the ideal condition harmonic chart – the left chart. On the right there is a chart of the actual patient’s condition, accordingly the program will perform the diagnostics analysis and offer algorithms for correction and treatment. The ROFES Expert presses the “Print” key. Two diagrams and a table of meridians corresponding to diagnosed organs and systems are printed. This is an entry page of the “ROFES-diagnostics”
14
Results Analysis Attention! The “ROFES” method of diagnostics is based on the multilevel analyses of the patient measurement data: Level I. Evaluation of the patient adaptation mechanism to the environment at the time of this specific time. (evaluation of adaptation resources). Such evaluation includes the evaluation of the functionality of physiological human systems as live bionic mechanism, as well as products of such system, such functionality of the psychiatric activity. Such evaluation is recorder as Integral Data
15
Results Analysis The summary of the Integral Data reflects the Harmonious State of the patient as a balance of both, physiology and psychiatry responding to the actual current environment. To get more information, click button “?” (to the right of the value). To print, click button “Report”.
16
Results Analysis Level II. Automatic Expert System Click on the “Select” against the time of conducted examinations in the “Measurement time” window, the “V” sign will appear To start the analyses, press “Run expert system (ES)” button
17
Results Analysis Level II. Automatic Expert System Expert System offers automated analyses of measurement data. The Expert System software is based on massive data base of accumulated actual patient examinations by professional doctors and psychiatrists. Automated Expert System analysis compares this data base with the electrical impedance data of the specific representational points of specific meridians (skin conductivity) and the frequency response data of measured meridians (Spectral analyses).
18
Results Analysis Stress - status of vital body organs and life support systems The table displays the Activation Levels of main Life Support Systems stress status) The vital body organs and life support systems in the table are sorted down according to the Activation Levels. The analysis shall be focused on “Overactivation” and “Hyperfunction” levels (brown and magenta colored with blue frames)
19
Results Analysis Bookmark “Disease Risks” Frequency diagnostics evaluates dysfunctions of body organs and systems, or a functional failure of an organ in one of the components of the pathological root-cause chain. It is not known, when and where a diagnostic result is recorded in this chain, but the dysfunction of the body organ would be recorded regardless. Disease Risks or/and symptoms are evaluated by the knowledge-based software. Finally the detected dysfunctions are connected to the specific components of the pathological root cause chain.
20
Results Analysis Bookmark “Disease Risks” Accordingly, the anamnestic data, age factor, visual examination, and diagnostics data have to be considered. Depending on such details, the pre-disease status, or risks, or structural changes could be diagnosed. Among those could be compensated conditions, pre-symptomatic signs and effects, pre-morbidity, or a symptom of calculated symptomatics (considering anamnestic data and Status presents).
21
Results Analysis Bookmark “Disease Risks” In case of the pre-morbidity, a ROFES Operator should be aware that unless rehabilitation procedures leading to correction of the detected symptoms are perfomed, the risk of such symptom may vary statistically. There is help available under “Reflexotherapy” for making anamnestic questionary and Status presents”, when hyperactive points are measured for symptoms of ill-being analyses. Values, higher or equal to 65 are important for analysis (pink, brown and magenta with blue frames).
22
Results Analysis Bookmark “Specific Analyses” Clinical and psychological data has been collected. It is designed for professional analyses by physicians or/and psychologists. A professional has a summary of evaluations of stress-statuses of body organs and life support systems, automated diagnostics of disease symptoms. Specific in-depth analysis of all analytics is needed to confirm or reject the analytical data. (cross analyses). A ROFES Operator edits the textual information. To save the edited information in the “Patient Record”, click button “Save”. The degree of the processes is reflected in colors: extreme states – dark-blue and brown.
23
Printed reports for patients
24
ROFES-diagnostics “Visiting list” – after initial measurement: Diagram of harmonious (perfect) state + diagnosed organs and systems (button “Print”). Printing is not recommended on a secondary visit by the patient.
25
1. Printing from “Expert System” form

Some case analyses of ROFES usage accumulated since 1995
Sport medicine Steadily high athlete’s Adaptation Potential while training for competition, it is a guarantee of winning one of the awards. Recruitment, access control Steadily low Adaptation Potential of a candidate during several ROFES measurements means that the person will have difficulties in meeting his commitmentss at work even if he is a quality professional. He will spend more of his efforts and energy than a professional with high Adaptation Potential. Consequently, people with low Adaptation Potential are in the high risk group dealing with complicated assignments, particularly in hazardous processes. Such and many other trends are included in the ROFES software, and are studied during the seminars.
