3 2. How did the rest of the farmers react to what happened on Animal Farm?
They were frightened by the rebellion. They were anxious to prevent their own animals from learning too much about it. They pretended to laugh about it. They spread rumours about Animal Farm .

4 3. What rumours were spread about Animal Farm and why were these rumours spread?
Animals are starving to death. They torture each other. They eat each other. They have all their women in common. They did not want their own animals to go over to Animalism

5 4. How did the animals on the other farms react to the news?
Animals became rebellious. Bulls turned savage. Sheep broke hedges. Cows kicked over the milk. Horses threw their riders.

It stirred rebellion in the animals.
