AC15 is an AC1900 Smart Dual-band Gigabit WiFi Router especially designed for your smart home networking life. The transmission rate reaches 1900Mbps for super speed, plus the Beamforming+, built-in high powered amplifiers and external antennas, you can enjoy lag-free gaming and uninterrupted video streaming anytime anywhere.

1. Q: Why does my PC show offline frequently when connecting 2.4G signal of AC15 in short range? Wired connection as normal.
A: Login the management page of the router, choose Wireless Settings -> Wireless channel and bandwidth -> setup the 2.4G bandwidth to 20M, and choose the optimum channel.
2. Q: Plug in Telecom 10M fiber, wired speed test is quite normal, it is only 4M when I test wireless speed in short range?
A: Login the management page of the router, choose Wireless Settings, -> Wireless Channel and Bandwidth, change bandwidth of 2.4G to 40M.
3. Q: What net segment is my IP address in when I use Guest Network? Why can’t I login the management page of the router?
A: IP address in X can be acquired while connecting Guess Network, and you are only allowed to access the internet but can’t login the management page of the router.

4. Q: Whether AC15 can setup URL filter?
A: Login the management page of the router, choose Parental Control -> click an device and enable parental control, ->enable website limit, type the key words of the websites in the Accessible Website blank bar and delimit them with “,”.
5. Q: When enable Remote WEB, how could remote client visit and manage the router at the far end?
A: Advanced Setting -> Remote WEB. Type remote public internet IP in the Remote IP Address, when you want to manage this router, type: IP address+:8080 in the address bar of a web browser.
6. Q: How many DDNS domain name service provider that AC15 supports?
A: Currently it supports no-ip.com, 3322.org, dyndns.org.

A: LAN3.
8. Q: I didn’t setup a login password before, what should I type in in the Original password blank bar when I login to the management page -> system settings to setup a login password?
