Financial Secretary: Receive and receipt all checks and cash on behalf of the Foundation Keep a record of the Foundation’s income in a computer program Record income in a triplicate, numbered receipt book with the original copy going to the payer Ensure that cash is locked in a secure place until delivered to the Treasurer Keep the receipt book and electronic cash journal balanced Membership Retreat May 12, 2012 PROC Foundation, Inc. “Don’t Dream It, Drive It

Financial Secretary Cont’d: Maintain a properly signed transfer of funds form at all times to show transfer of funds from the Financial Secretary to the Treasurer Cooperate with the Foundation’s Audit Committee through timely submission of all receipt books, journals, files as requested Sit on Beautillion Committee as a member of its finance committee to receive, receipt and record all funds on behalf of the Foundation At completion of term, transfer all banking documents and files to the incoming financial secretary.
