Annual numbers of Passengers have been estimated from new and existing stations = total >600,000 by 2031 Access to employment in SGC to the north of Bristol Access to employment in centre of Bristol Access to colleges and University near Parkway station

13 MetroWest Phase 2 Business Case
West of England framework requires independent scrutiny and a Benefit to cost ratio greater than 2 MetroWest phase 2 has met this criteria BCR of The proposed rail services hourly on Henbury line and additional hourly on services to Yate are likely to require revenue support for 3 years West of England Authorities will be working towards acceptance of MetroWest into the next Rail Franchise
