2. Introductions
Pair up and, for five minutes, get to know everything you can about the other person.
At minimum, find out the following:
Name
Where they are from
Family status (married, unmarried, children, etc.)
How long have they been a follower of Christ?
One unique talent, skill, hobby or characteristic.

3. Iron Men Expectations of a Disciple
Own Your Circle of Influence (family, friends, community, workplace)
lead a family devotional each week, share your grace story with three other men this year, invite/bring men to The Main Event
Serve Others
participate in one Potter’s Hands project/or equivalent per quarter, serve in The Chapel/your local church in an on-going basis
Own Your Spiritual Formation Through Small Groups
participate in/lead one of the IronMen small groups during the year, be spiritually accountable to someone.
Own Your Personal Spiritual Formation
establish a dedicated time at least 3x per week for prayer, Bible study, and scripture memorization

4. Deploy
The purpose of the DEPLOY Bible Study is to provide a deeper understanding of key concepts and elements of the Christian faith.
Our goal is to help you discover truth for yourself. You will explore scripture and observe what it says, interpret what it means, and apply each lesson to your life.
This is not merely an academic exercise but one that promotes dynamic transformation!

5. Objective Understanding that you have a story to tell –
One of grace and mercy
One that is meant by God as an example for others to see
One that points to the cross

6. Sharing Your Story of Grace
If you are a follower of Christ, you have a story - a truly remarkable story. You have a story of God’s boundless love, of God’s amazing grace and of God’s endless mercy. Maybe you don’t think your story is all that exciting…yet, being transformed by Christ and following Him is the greatest story anyone could ever tell. You are part of His redemptive plan and mission! What could be more exciting?
Not only do you have a story - you have a story to tell and live out.
