On June 8, 2016, the District Executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in Support of Cybersecurity Programs Key Attributes of the Alliance; District and SAIC will collaborate to develop innovative project/problem-based initiatives intended to attract and to develop a future cyber workforce within the Huntsville area SAIC will contribute $30,000 per year to the District for term of the agreement SAIC will provide subject matter experts to work with students on practical application-based engagements

On July 19, 2016, the District Executed a Contract with Huntsville Hospital and The Orthopedic Center in Support of Health Sciences Programs Key Attributes of the Alliance; District and Huntsville Hospital/TOC will collaborate to develop innovative project/problem-based initiatives intended to attract and to develop a future healthcare workforce within the Huntsville area District and Huntsville Hospital/TOC will collaborate to develop enhanced health sciences curriculum HH/TOC will provide subject matter experts to work with students on practical application-based engagements

On July 19, 2016, the District Executed a Contract with Huntsville Hospital and The Orthopedic Center in Support of Health Sciences Programs Key Attributes of the Alliance (continued); Huntsville Hospital will contribute $45,000 per year to the District for term of the agreement Huntsville Hospital/TOC will provide trainer/therapy staff for District high schools and middle schools athletics Huntsville Hospital/TOC will serve as the Official Sponsors, Partners, and Medical Service Providers for the District

On July 19, 2016, the District Executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aviation & Missile Research Development & Engineering Center (AMRDEC) in Support of Advanced Manufacturing Programs Key Attributes of the Alliance; District and AMRDEC will collaborate to develop innovative project/problem-based initiatives intended to attract and to develop a future advanced (additive) manufacturing workforce within the Huntsville area AMRDEC will provide subject matter experts to work with students on practical application-based engagements AMRDEC will provide raw materials for 3D printing and prototyping projects to be performed in conjunction with District students
