What did we learn? Not everyone has the same values What did we learn relative to Project Management? Not all stakeholders have the same values or wants or needs => Requirements. Since a project’s relative success is determined by individuals rating how well it meets their needs/requirements… Managing projects requires managing the individuals as much or more so than managing the overall project tactical details.
