Wearing School Equipment (Page 3) Two sport participation. Meeting must be set up before seasons begin. Two-Sport Language (Page 4) – Gives priority to conference events when there is a conflict between sports. Absence on the Day of a Game/Practice (Page 6) Clarified that tardies end at 9 am. Therefore, absences after 9 am that are not pre-excused prohibits the athlete from participating that day. CLOSED CAMPUS WAIVER

PENALTIES – Articles 1-4 1st Offense – 50% of season, unless HONESTY CLAUSE* is in effect, then 25% of season. 2nd Offense – 1 year. 3rd Offense – 1 year. 4th Offense – Complete loss of eligibility. *Article 2: Consequences under condition 1 are doubled *Offender must turn themselves in by end of the first working day after violation was committed or before the next scheduled athletic event or practice.

Responsibilities of Athletes/Parents
All athletic concessions (except football) and Ashley For the Arts are the major fund raisers for our athletic teams. It is everyone’s responsibility to work concessions and volunteer for Ashley For the Arts shifts

ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB We would like one Parent representative from each sport to attend, plus any interested adult or student Meeting tonight after code meeting (Reorganization) and second Wednesday of October, January, May, and after each Sports Banquets in November, March and June (annual meeting) Sign up for working concessions.
