1. GC Startup

2. H2 Generator Startup Front Back 2 4 Power up generator
Press the “Start” button on the front panel
Once 90 PSI is reached for Actual
Press the “Open” button

3. Compressed Air Input valve
Turned on compressed air supply and adjust to 120 to 150 psi (not shown)
Turn on air dryer (plug in or turn on switch / not shown)
Open input valve
Allow system to equilibrate for 10 minutes

4. Compressed Air Output valve Regulator Post-Dryer valve
Open Post-Dryer valve
Adjust regulator to 90 PSI
Open output valve

5. Power on GC
Turn on Power Switch

6. Power on GC
Click on “Log In”
Click on “FID”

7. Power on GC Click on “Ignite”
You should hear a small pop from the top of the GC.
The Set and Actual should be the same when the FID is running.
