Ongoing Activities LDB Happy Hour
We will host a monthly or bi-monthly happy hour at various establishments around the valley. First event: Fisher Brewing 6:00-8:00pm 320 WEST 800 SOUTHSALT LAKE CITY, UT, 84101

Mountain Brewers Beer Fest
Club will pour 6-8 beers 4 tap jockey box Nitro jockey box Pin We will have multiple groups of 4 to develop a recipe and group brew 10g each for the festival.

Barrel Projects Club Solera Project
“ a process for aging liquids such as wine, beer, vinegar, and brandy, by fractional blending in such a way that the finished product is a mixture of ages, with the average age gradually increasing as the process continues over many years.” This will allow the club to produce, for members, a steady supply of various sour beers with a focus on consistency and quality. These beers will be club-funded.

Experimental Beer BCJP 2015 Category 34C
“This is explicitly a catch-all category for any beer that does not fit into an existing style description. No beer is ever “out of style” in this style, unless it fits elsewhere. This is the last resort for any beer entered into a competition.” “The entrant must specify the special nature of the experimental beer, including the special ingredients or processes that make it not fit elsewhere in the guidelines. The entrant must provide vital statistics for the beer, and either a brief sensory description or a list of ingredients used in making the beer.”
