What is the Organisation of Sports Federations of Oceania?
The Organisation of Sports Federations of Oceania aims to unite regional sports federations to: Promote sport in the Pacific and protect common interests Cooperate together to share knowledge and resources Coordinate development to maximise the cost effective use of resources Collect and distribute relevant information Support one another and respective activities Maintain the authority and autonomy of members To measure and build the wellbeing of athletes in the Pacific Establish and develop partnerships – ONOC, PGC, PSP, OAF, FISU Oceania etc.

Review Constitution and Annual Operational Plan in accordance with presidential electoral cycle Develop Policies and Procedures which are reviewed annually Be a Leader, representing sport in the region Ensure transparency and apply best practice policies

Advocacy Pillar Represent the needs of members to external organisations and Governments Uphold and promote the importance of sport to health and well- being organisations within Oceania Realise collective bargaining opportunities Strengthen our association with Pacific Games Council, ONOC and other regional sport authorities

Stakeholder Engagement Pillar
Communicate regularly and effectively with members and stakeholders Establish and maintain a fit for purpose communication platform Develop a stakeholder engagement plan Understand the needs of and provide guidance to members and stakeholders Maintain an annual coordinated calendar of member activities

Organisational Capacity & Sustainability
Secure revenue to meet the needs of OSFO’s annual operations Formalise Memoranda of Understanding with key partners Engage professional staff where appropriate to meet the needs of the Strategic and Operational Plan
