S-288 Adhesive
Spacers
Disposable paint brush
Grout
Grout epoxy float
Optional :
Vibrating saw with scrapper blade

Score the damaged tile

4. Alterna Tile Replacement
Start in the center and work towards the edges with the heat gun

5. Alterna Tile Replacement
Continue using Heat gun and scraper and work towards the edge

6. Alterna Tile Replacement
After tile has been removed remove the grout around the perimeter

7. Alterna Tile Replacement
Clean up area to receive new tile

8. Alterna Tile Replacement
Apply S-288 adhesive with disposable paint brush and allow to dry tacky with no transfer to your fingers

9. Alterna Tile Replacement
Use appropriate spacers on three sides of replacement area
1/8” VCT tile pieces

10. Alterna Tile Replacement
Remove spacers and hand roll tile

11. Alterna Tile Replacement
Follow normal grouting procedures and clean up.
