Reduce the amount of paper used during the gift handling process by 90% to increase accuracy in data input,
decrease paper storage by 80% to decrease cost and to increase space in the Gift Processing and Records Office,
heighten compliance by employing the document imaging management system and
automate gift handling processes to prepare for the 2020 campaign and to increase donor satisfaction by 5/1/2017.
