Whatever you do, don’t think your child doesn’t need you as much as he/she did in those younger days. If anything middle schoolers need their families more! They want a different kind of relationship with you, one with more maturity and independence, but they want as much time and attention from you as before. ----- Help I’ve Got a Middle Schooler -How many of you are first time parents of middle schoolers? -We know this is a huge transition, but we are here to partner with you and do this together. -We want you here, volunteering and involved. We will find a place so that you aren’t invading your child’s space. – we will talk about this a little more later one.
