James is a Partner leading the Robotics Practice of EY Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the IT and Digital fields for the past 16 years. He has worked both locally and overseas and gained extensive experience across all industry sectors in design and implementation of data, digital and robotic solutions for business optimisation and process performance improvement programs as well as control enhancements and efficiency initiatives. His interests lie in exploring the potential for a more digitised world that leads to a better society across all arenas of technological innovation.

Stefan Brahmer is the Head of Global Sales at Sim4People. Stefan leads all international customer relationship activities around Incident-, Problem- and Change Management in sim4people. He has been a senior solution designer and implementer in Kepner-Tregoe for the last 12 years which has included global implementation projects for multinational companies with as many as 3000 engineers and managers being involved. He has also managed projects in single location, midsize service and support organizations that specialize in servicing a single industry. He holds a diploma degree in Economics and Business Informatics from University of Bochum
