This research is a large part of your Year 9 Food project and you will be expected to complete and work on this at home.
Level 6 – use a wider range of information sources and make and record a recipe from your chef
Level 7 – make a recipe from your chef and record your making with detail and explanation. Evaluate your making and ask others to evaluate your product.
Read through your project and use your record of progress book to help you assess the level you are working at.
