Conclusions Initiate multimodal analgesic techniques
Minimise use of opioids Maximise use of non-opioid agents Use regional anaesthesia whenever possible Superior to opioids, especially in orthopaedic patients Use evidence-based, procedure-specific pain management guidelines where available 4
