Out of State Colleges Common Application Submitting Applications & Requesting a Transcript and Mid-Year Reports If your college requires a mid-year report (after 1st semester grades are posted)

9 Counselor Recommendations
Request at least two weeks prior to application due date Submit a personal resume` or student profile with request for letter if required. Teacher Recommendations Request from teacher at least 2 weeks prior to application due date Submit personal resume` with request for letter Provide stamped, addressed envelope for recommendation to be mailed directly to the college – or put teacher recommendation letters in with your college application package.

10 Applying to Colleges SAT and ACT scores are not reported on transcripts and must be sent directly to colleges from the college board and ACT. SAT – or ; ACT - or SAT and ACT must be taken 6 weeks before application deadline

11 SCHOLARSHIPS: Merit Based and Need Based GA futures
See School Newsletter/Website Hope Scholarship Program: FAFSA (available each year after January 1) Social Security Numbers are necessary to receive HOPE. Correct Social Security Numbers are critical for transmission of HOPE Funds!!!
