3 Easy Steps with Rapid Recorder
ANCILE uPerform 5 4/19/2018 3 Easy Steps with Rapid Recorder SME 1. Download via link from . 2. Record the task. (Talk, too!) 3. Check-in. You’re done. Task Complete! Sounds great, right? So here’s how it works….. The SME (or any organizational expert who is not a named uPerform user) receives an that they have been assigned a task to create content. If they have not already done so, they will download the Rapid Recorder directly from a link within the assigning them the task. They will then click the link to the task in the , which opens the task in the Rapid Recorder window. As the SME records the task, they can add supplemental notes and/or audio files to provide additional information for the uPerform author responsible for editing/maintaining the task going forward. When the SME is satisfied that they have an accurate recording, they click a button to submit the file, and it is checked in to its pre-determined home on the uPerform server. TASK COMPLETE! They validated user understanding.
