9. In general it seems a good idea to work with multiple opc-groups.
OPC Lessons Learned
A well balanced update time of opc-groups can increase the speed and stability significantly.
In general it seems a good idea to work with multiple opc-groups.
At lest two groups (~ ms) 2nd slower one (~500…1000ms)
I/O Intr. Is limited by above times, “the event is fired by the opc-server and not directly by the plc”
Mandatory: Restart the opc server and IOC shell after any change of running plc program
